In the Aerial Yoga Academy in-person class, you will learn aerial yoga techniques and teaching skills, gain a solid foundation of aerial yoga benefits, and gain all the tools you need to begin teaching yoga. This in-person training option provides you with the same 250-hour certificate with more in-depth and hands-on experience. These aerial yoga classes are recommended for students without much prior aerial yoga practice or experience or those who prefer an immersive experience.

The Online + Onsite Aerial Yoga Teacher Training is for you if:

• You want to start teaching aerial yoga.

Although you can complete the online training hours at your own pace, please allow at least one month to complete the online course content before you attend your 2-day Aerial Yoga workshop.
