Return and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be happy with your new product. If you are not satisfied with your Uplift Active purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund in new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Please note the following about our policy:

  • All items must have been purchased directly from www.upliftactive.com

  • All items must be in new condition in their original packaging, with no signs of use, damage, soil, or wear

  • Items returned outside the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and package insurance if desired (Uplift active is not responsible for returns lost in transit).

  • The following items can not be returned/ refunded: Uplift’s Package Protection, Uplift Gift Cards.

Defective items:

  • Items received with a manufacturer’s defect must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Uplift will review the case and after approval, a refund or replacement, will be offered. Please do not use items with signs of wear and tear.

Missing or Incorrect Items:

  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Uplift will generate a prepaid return label for the client and issue a refund or mail the correct item (when available) to the client.

Problems with delivery:

  • If an order cannot be delivered (ie, due to an incorrect address or you are unable to provide a signature), please contact us right away before the package is returned to the sender to avoid additional shipping fees.
  • If you no longer wish to receive a package, please contact us right away. Do not refuse a package as you will be liable for return shipping and carrier fees.

Order Changes and Cancellation:

  • After an order has been placed online, it may not be canceled or changed - our warehouse starts cutting and preparing orders for shipment right away.
  • Uplift does not apply price adjustments or coupons after an order has been placed.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment used at checkout. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to process after return is received.
  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Uplift Active reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange that does not meet the company’s return and exchange guidelines detailed above.
